7.1 No Guarantee of Results: While Elevation Maths is designed to enhance mathematical proficiency and exam readiness, the Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. Elevation Maths makes no express or implied warranties, representations, or guarantees regarding specific academic outcomes, including but not limited to the attainment of a Grade 9 or any specific numerical grade in GCSE, A-Level, or equivalent examinations.
7.2 Limitation of Responsibility: Academic success is dependent on various external factors, including student effort, examination conditions, and individual aptitude. Consequently, Elevation Maths, its owners, and affiliates shall not be held contractually or tortiously liable for any student’s failure to achieve a desired grade or for any perceived lack of progress.

8. Intellectual Property & Originality of Content

8.1 Efforts of Originality: Every reasonable effort has been made to ensure that the educational materials, problem sets, and pedagogical explanations provided on the Site are original works of Elevation Maths.
8.2 Proprietary Methodology: The pedagogical frameworks (including the "6 Pillars"), specific "Logic Path" annotations, and unique handwritten instructional videos provided on the Site are the exclusive intellectual property of Elevation Maths.
8.3 Nature of Mathematical Universality: Users acknowledge that mathematics is a field of universal principles and standardised theorems. Similarities in mathematical problem structures, numerical constants, or formulaic applications across different educational platforms are inherent to the subject matter and do not constitute a breach of originality or intellectual property.
8.4 Third-Party Exam Body Content: To provide the most effective pedagogical support, Elevation Maths may reference, adapt, or utilise materials that align with specific Exam Awarding Bodies (e.g., AQA, Edexcel, OCR). Such content is used strictly for educational purposes and "Fair Dealing" under UK Copyright law, intended to facilitate student familiarity with examination standards and styles.
8.5 Audio and Visual Content: Any audio-linked notes or video tutorials (including those generated via Notability or similar software) are for the private, synchronous or asynchronous use of the subscriber only. Recording, ripping, or redistributing these audio-visual files is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access.

9. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Elevation Maths from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the User's reliance on the content for high-stakes assessment purposes or any claim that the content failed to meet a specific academic benchmark.

10. Subscriptions and Payments

10.1 Fees: By subscribing to a "Core" or "Premium" plan, you agree to pay the fees indicated at the time of purchase.
10.2 Cancellation: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard; however, no refunds will be provided for partial months or unused portions of a subscription.
10.3 Digital Content: Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, by accessing or downloading digital content from our Service, you acknowledge that you lose your right to a 14-day "cooling-off" period.
